And yes, a lot of people have complained about the multi-tasking, but the iPhone & iPod Touch “suffer” from the same inability, and certainly they’re two of the most popular products in their category. The iPad seems to be made for everyone who is <em>not</em> a techie or computer-savvy person. So yes, it’s not very impressive in that regard, but just think of how revolutionary the iPhone is. Imagine that happening with the sub-$1000 “computer”. This is your (grand)parent’s computer. For those of us already savvy with computers & such, a full-fledged portable or desktop is still going to be the better choice. And hey! Watch it with the sexist remarks. Well, the price tag is US$499, not $700, although there are versions ranging up to over $800, and, of course, it will be more expensive outside the US.
